Emily is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Bryan Musgrave. Emily is licensed to practice law in Missouri courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Her areas of legal practice focus on personal injury, workers’ compensation, automobile accidents, trucking accidents and other serious injury cases. Emily attended Drury University for undergraduate studies, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Arts in Communication Studies and Writing and a minor in Law and Society. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from University of Missouri School of Law, where she also competed as a member of the Mizzou moot court negotiation team and placed in the American Bar Association national law student negotiation competition. She also attained a certificate in Tax and Transactional law.
Emily volunteers as an advocate through Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Southwest Missouri. She also accepts pro bono referrals from the Mizzou Veteran’s Clinic at the University of Missouri.
