Mr. Moberg is an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Bryan Musgrave. Chris has been handling workers’ compensation and personal injury cases in southern Missouri since 2005, and in northern Arkansas since 2012. In 2008, he argued an employment discrimination case before the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. Mr. Moberg has been a speaker at lectures and seminars hosted by the Missouri Bar and the Southwest Missouri Bar, and has presented on topics including workers’ compensation, employment law, and legal ethics. He has also been a speaker at seminars for local healthcare organizations about injury claims, and medical treatment protocols. For five consecutive years spanning 2014 through 2018, Mr. Moberg was awarded the Top Attorney’s Rising Star Award as published by KC Magazine for attorneys under 40.

Mr. Moberg obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law and was the recipient of the John L. Sheridan Award for Most Outstanding Oralist. During law school, Mr. Moberg was an officer in both the Environmental Law Society and the Health Law Society, and also served an internship at the Environmental Protection Agency. After graduating and passing the Bar Exam, Mr. Moberg relocated from Kansas City to southwest Missouri to practice law. He resides in Battlefield, Missouri with his son, and after 17 years of practice, continues to explore his dual passions for law and medicine.
